Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship globally to practical homeowners and families worldwide! However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and select areas in Asia. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your specific location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear, reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

🚚 Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate):
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch (following 1-2 business days for order processing).
  • Ideal for: A great balance of speed and reliability.
📦 Free Shipping:
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch (following 1-2 business days for order processing).
  • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 can select this option for a calculated fee at checkout.
  • Ideal for: Planning ahead for larger projects—fantastic value for thoughtful, budget-conscious homeowners.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order journey begins with 1-2 business days of careful processing and packing. After dispatch:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days in transit.
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days in transit.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These are government-imposed charges and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs. Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery.
