Our Return & Exchange Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and parts.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the package.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days).
- Completion:
- For Returns: Your refund will be processed upon approval.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved.
Refund Timeline and Method
We process refunds with the same efficiency we value in our products:
- Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following product categories from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Brushes & Dusters: All cleaning brushes and dusters (for hygiene reasons).
- Specialty Products: Any item categorized as a “Specialty Product” that is opened or used.
- Personal Care & Hygiene Adjacent Items: This includes any product where hygiene is paramount once the packaging is opened.
Exceptions are made if any of these items arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
