We ship globally to bring our smart home solutions to you. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and parts included.
  • Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Using the template at the bottom of this page will help us assist you faster.

Receive Instructions

We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Please include the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Inspection and Processing

Once received, our team will inspect the return (typically within 3-5 business days).

Completion
  • For Returns: Your refund will be processed upon approval.
  • For Exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped once the return is approved.

Refund Timeline and Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we value in our products.

  • Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Brushes & Dusters: All cleaning brushes and dusters (for hygiene reasons).
  • Specialty Products: Any item categorized as a “Specialty Product” on our site.
  • Personal Care & Hygiene Adjacent Items: Any product where hygiene is paramount once packaging is opened.

Exception: If any of these items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
